But, a professional will help you avoid costly mistakes and foster design decisions that can increase the value of your home.  We have access to countless trade-only resources not available to the general public and know how to maximize the value of your purchases by sourcing high quality items with the best vendor deals.

An interior stylist has a trained sense of what needs to be done and when it needs to happen.  Plus, we’ll be able to anticipate any obstacles that may come up and help you narrow down your selections from millions of choices.  Leave it to us to juggle all of the essential elements of your project. It’s what we’re trained to do!  You can relax knowing your home will gain the foundation of a thoughtful and highly functional design with a cohesive, uniquely personalized look.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We work within your budget. Period.

Once we discuss the scope of work and the projected budget, we’ll be able to give a fuller picture of what costs will look like.  Before we begin, you’ll receive an estimate of anticipated costs along with a payment schedule for hourly design fees and items that may need to be purchased.   

DO YOU WORK WITH CONTRACTORS?

We have our own network of trusted, talented design professionals, but if you need us to collaborate with contractors you’ve already hired, we’re on board! Either way, independent architects and contractors are an integral part of the process and we’re happy to coordinate every last detail with them on your behalf.

WHAT ABOUT BUDGET?

Having a clear budget is a critical part of making the project run smoothly and meeting your expectations. We’ll work inside your financial parameters but ultimately, you’re accountable for staying within a budget that’s comfortable for you.

WHAT IF I ONLY HAVE A SMALL PROJECT?

We work on all sized projects. Whether it’s just a few hours of consultation to put the final touches on an important room or you are moving into a new home and starting from scratch, we’d love to hear from you.  Let us come up with a plan that works within the scope of your goals. We believe that every home is worthy of good design.

CAN I SHOP ON MY OWN?

Shopping solo is not recommended.  Once you hire us to design and complete a vision for your space, we’re officially teammates! So,  it’s important to agree on all selections.  By choosing items together, we can ensure that they mesh with the design, space and budget.

HOW LONG DO PROJECTS NORMALLY LAST?
This depends on the scope of the project and what is purchased. Early on, we’ll establish a project completion timeline so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when.  
WHAT IF I DECIDE MID-PROJECT I WANT TO ADD MORE ROOMS?

Clients often extend their projects once we get going. It’s one of the most meaningful compliments we could ever receive!

WHAT IF I HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT A SELECTION?
We’re a team, remember? The decision about what is purchased and installed in your home is ultimately yours!  We’re happy to provide alternate options that still work within the design plan.
